- Enable Learning Management System (LMS) for SGLA:
– Collaborated with stakeholders to assess the organization’s learning and training needs and identify suitable Learning Management System (LMS) solutions.
– Conducted research, evaluated LMS platforms, and recommended the most suitable solution based on SGLA’s requirements, budget, and scalability.
– Implemented and configured the chosen LMS platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compatibility with SGLA’s educational programs.
– Customized the LMS interface, user roles, and permissions to align with SGLA’s branding and specific user requirements.
– Provided training and support to administrators, teachers, and students on how to use the LMS effectively for course delivery, content management, assessments, and collaboration. - Capacitate Teachers and Prepare them for Online Teaching Skills:
– Designed and conducted comprehensive training programs and workshops to equip SGLA teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective online teaching.
– Covered topics such as online pedagogy, instructional design, digital content creation, virtual classroom management, and assessment strategies.
