Every successful busines needs a talented project manager, and I have been providing local businesses and corporations with targeted business strategies for over ten years. As a local in Surigao City area, I am well-acquainted with the community needs as well as the culture, which can lead to smoother business negotiations and better indications on contracts. I also co-founded iSolutions Software Services Inc last 2013 and is responsible for marketing, project implementation, conflict resolutions, documentation and almost all aspect of a given project throughout the project pipeline. My track record of success has allowed me to start his own consulting firm, Chester Clark Consulting in 2020, where I continue to deliver the same high level of performance and value to clients.

I became well-versed in project management when I co-founded the start-up software company. I was involved in marketing, project implementation, lobbying solutions with presidents of companies and traveling across the country. I was able to close projects close to P10M in total in a period of 2 years with an overwhelming feedback from clients. I finished my masters degree Information Technology at St. Paul University Philippines. I am keen into volunteering into socio-civic groups for serving the community as a whole. Using my strong organizational skills, I was able to lead a group to organize a region wide convention of radio communicators as one of my passion and was able to raise funds to help the organizations activities. With my excellent abilities in coordinating internal and external resources, I ensure that all projects are completed on time and satisfactory.
