Informa on Technology and Computer Sciences. - Designed a Program of the College which enables students to work by the me they graduate thru partnership with JobsDB Philippines, Microso􀀂 and other Cebu Based Companies.
- Designed and Implemented the Ins tu ons Network Infrastructure with 150 worksta ons; 2 Computer Laboratories; 1 Electronics Laboratory and others at respec ve offices.
- Designed and Implemented Enrollment System which streamlines the opera on of the enrollment and payment process.
- As appointed Faculty President: Enhanced the faculty manual with a thorough guidelines from recruitment to retirement.
- Introduced Performance Planning and Reviewing to assess faculty and employees work performance
- Created an Annual Assessment for IT students to keep track of their performances which aligns to the skills as suggested in the curriculum.
- Partnered with Cebu Based IT Companies in the placement of On-the-Job Trainees.
